王建民前隊友當選美國眾議員！洋基409轟重砲跨界從政

昔日洋基重砲，如今進軍美國國會！曾與台灣旅美名將王建民並肩作戰的前洋基一壘手提謝拉（Mark Teixeira），在美國11月3日舉行的期中選舉中，代表共和黨擊敗民主黨對手胡克（Kristin Hook），成功當選德州第21選區聯邦眾議員。這位生涯累積409轟的強打者，退役多年後再度受到矚目，只是這回從棒球場轉戰政壇。

現年46歲的提謝拉，選前獲美國總統川普及德州州長艾伯特（Greg Abbott）支持，最終成功拿下原由共和黨議員羅伊（Chip Roy）持有的席次。他勝選後在社群平台X發文感謝家人、競選團隊及選民支持，強調「今晚的勝利屬於德州第21選區的人民」，並表示：「我不是為了自己前往華府，而是要為選區內每個家庭發聲。」他也承諾持續努力，不辜負選民的信任。

提謝拉2003年登上大聯盟，先後效力遊騎兵、勇士、天使及洋基，14年生涯累積409支全壘打、1298分打點，3度入選明星賽、5度獲得一壘手金手套獎。他2009年加盟洋基，與王建民成為隊友，當年更以39轟、122分打點拿下美聯全壘打王與打點王，並隨隊奪得世界大賽冠軍。2016年結束球員生涯後，如今又在政治舞台開啟人生新篇章。

Tonight’s victory belongs to the people of Texas’s 21st District. I’m not going to Washington for myself, but rather to be a strong, responsive voice for every family in this district.
